Idyno for business
Help customers recognise your verified business identity, or request aggregated spam risk signals. Choose a service and tell us how you plan to use it.
User privacy is part of the service
Business services use company identity and aggregated spam reports, with clear limits that protect user data.
We do not sell address books
Not whole, not in fragments, not at any price. What users shared serves caller identification alone, and it never leaves our systems for anyone else.
No bulk lookup, no list downloads
No uploading a file of numbers, no export, no batch query. There is no path that turns what we hold into somebody else’s name database.
We never reveal who uploaded a name
Who uploaded what, and when, reaches neither a company nor a user. It stays in the admin console for compliance alone — a rule the product has always had, not a promise written for this page.
We do not sell a person’s name or number
No service here answers the question “who owns this number”. The companies on this page hand us their own details; they take nobody else’s.
1 · Introduce yourself when you call
Your company hands us its legal name, its logo, and one reason for the call, and our users see all three while the phone rings, beside a verification mark. The data flows from you to us: we show what you gave us, and we tell you nothing about the number you dialled.
Your name, not an unknown number
The user sees your registered legal name with a verification mark, instead of a strange number they hesitate over.
One line saying why you call
A short line you write yourself — “Confirming your delivery slot” — so the user knows why you are ringing before answering.
Protection against impersonation
A verified number is bound to your commercial registration in our database, so nobody else can claim it here.
Our user benefits first
When people can tell their real bank from a fraudster imitating it, fraud against the people we serve goes down. That is why this service exists.
Verification is free and happens on the business verification page: prove you own the number, then we match your commercial registration.
2 · The nuisance-risk signal
We do not answer “who owns this number”. We answer “how many nuisance reports it carries, and of what kind”. It is an aggregate figure that belongs to no individual and names no one, and it comes from our users’ reports — not from their address books.
What you get
- A risk level for the number, built from the reports users filed against it.
- The dominant report type: marketing, fraud, or harassment.
- An answer about the one number you asked about — never about a list.
What you never get
- The name of whoever owns the number, or any name recorded against it.
- The identity of anyone who reported it, or the text of their report.
- Any detail taken from our users’ address books.
- A list of numbers, an export, or a batch query.
When an owner hides their number, its information immediately stops appearing to you. Only the owner can restore its visibility after proving ownership.
The conditions — all of them binding
A valid commercial registration
A registered legal entity with a registration number we can match. No individuals, no intermediaries, no party without a legal identity.
A written, declared purpose
You state why you want the service and where you will use it. Your access is bound to that purpose, and changing it takes a new application.
A manual review of every application
A human reads the application and decides. There is no fast lane and no exception, whatever the size of the applicant.
No self-service sign-up
No button opens an account and no button issues a key. Access exists only through a written approval of an application someone read.
Immediate suspension for misuse
Any use outside the declared purpose ends the access there and then — without prior notice and without a refund.
Data protection law is binding on us
The Saudi personal data protection law — the law that applies, since Riyadh is our only region. And an individual’s rights — access and deletion — outrank any agreement we sign with you.
What happens after approval
Once your application is approved, your organisation receives access to service documentation, integration requirements and usage limits.
Ask for a review
Choose a service, enter your company details and describe your intended use. We review your application and contact you with the next step.
Landed here as a person, not a company?
We do not sell your number or name. If you want to hide your number, removal is free, immediate and requires no account.
